Questions About Technology & Setup
ChapVR works with most modern Meta Quest, HTC Vive, or Pico headsets. A stable internet connection and access to the ChapCloud portal are also required.
Not always. Modules can be used offline, but data syncs automatically to the ChapDashboard once the headset reconnects online.
Setup takes about 15–30 minutes. Our onboarding team provides full installation support and training.
