About Us

From Heart to Headset — The Evolution of  of Compassionate Care

From Care to Capability

Compassionate Hearts Adult Program (CHAP) began in Regina, Saskatchewan, with a simple mission:
to provide adults with developmental disabilities a safe, supportive environment to build confidence and life skills.

But we learned something vital along the way — traditional care models couldn’t keep up with our participants’ potential. We needed a way to make progress measurable, scalable, and adaptable. So, we created ChapVR, a new chapter in inclusion technology.

Today, Compassionate Hearts continues as the guiding organization behind ChapVR — blending empathy with innovation to redefine what’s possible.

CHAP
Core Beliefs:
  • Compassion and technology can coexist.

  • Independence should be measurable.

  • Inclusion must be intentional.

  • Growth should never have limits.

What started in Regina, Saskatchewan, as a local day program is now a global initiative redefining inclusion through technology.
